Photo Booth Rentals in Gastown

Our booth is styled as a genuine vintage piece rather than a modern screen-and-backdrop rig, so it reads as part of the room instead of equipment parked in the corner. The neighbourhood's converted warehouses and heritage buildings host everything from wedding receptions and gallery openings to product launches and agency holiday parties, and the booth suits all of them.
Loading, Access & Setup in a Heritage Building
Gastown venues come with their own logistics. Many are on upper floors of heritage buildings with narrow stairwells, freight elevators, or loading restricted to the lane behind the building. Our booth is fully mobile and needs roughly a 10x10 foot footprint and one standard electrical outlet. Setup takes about an hour and a half, and teardown about the same. Tell us the venue and the loading arrangement in your inquiry and we'll plan access before the day, including timed loading windows on Water Street and the surrounding cobblestone blocks where vehicle access is limited.

Gastown is home to a dense cluster of tech, design, and agency offices, and their events are one of the most common reasons we're booked in the neighbourhood. Custom photo strip overlays can carry a company logo, event hashtag, or campaign artwork, which makes the booth a practical brand activation as well as entertainment. Guests leave with a printed strip in hand, and the digital gallery delivered after the event gives the marketing team a set of usable images without hiring a separate photographer.
